Plain Chocolate Brownie
Baked a Plain Chocolate Brownie with Choc Ganache for a friend. She ordered it for a colleague's birthday celebration at the office. It's darn rich and moist and really heavy! Almost 5.5kg! Could probably feed 30 people. Oh well, I'm never the sort of gal that would go half way.
Chocolate Almond Layer Cake
Baked a special cake for mum-in-law. Chose to bake a Chocolate Almond Layer Cake with Vanilla Buttercream for its rich chocolate taste, moist texture and crunchiness provided by the almond flakes. Got the thumbs up from the nieces.

Kek Buah Kukus dan Bakar - Tempahan Untuk Hari Raya DiBuka
Sesiapa yang minat sangat dengan kek buah bolehlah buat tempahan sekarang untuk penghantaran sebelum Hari Raya.

Kek Buah Kukus ini menggunakan resipi keluarga yang turun-temurun dari atuk sebelah mak. Memang sedap dan moist kerana dikukus selama 3 - 4 jam dan penuh dengan buah campuran, cherries dan kismis. Kek ni juga tahan lama dan harus dibungkus dengan aluminium foil dan disimpan dalam peti sejuk.
Harga sebuku kek: RM65 (seberat 2kg)

Sesiapa yang lebih berminat pada Kek Buah Bakar, bolehlah mencuba resipi yang ini. Tak kurang sedapnya dan penuh dengan buahan campuran, cherries dan kismis.

Bulan Ramadhan menjelang tiba disusuli dengan bulan Syawal yang akan disambut dengan penuh kesyukuran. Ingredients include high-quality cooking chocolate, sugar, butter, whole almond etc.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

My favourite colour is red. It's the colour of passion and energy, not to mention it's both striking and bold. Perhaps that's why I also fell in love with the Red Velvet Cupcake. I searched high and low for quite some time until I found a recipe that is quite easy to follow. It turned out to be a rather large recipe with me ending up with more than 30 medium cupcakes! Lovely texture, moist and with a generous presence of rich, chocolate taste, the cupcakes were a hit at my cousin's birthday party. Some of the guests were quite weary and skeptical at first because of its red colour. I just adore them! Definitely going to be in my list of baked goodies for sale. Any takers? Perfect as doorgift. The ones in the images are decorated with vanilla buttercream icing and sugar hearts.
