My best stress reliever...baking cakes. I love seeing the batter rise in the oven and inhaling the tantalizing scent of rich butter and vanilla. Heavenly! I normally use a square pan for most cakes although I found that they are easier to decorate when baked in a round pan. The ones in bold red are my all-time favourites. A must on special occasions.
