Despite the hectic weekend, I managed to deliver a good friend's order for a birthday cake - Carrot Cake with Orange Cream Cheese. The two-layered carrot cake is filled with crunchy walnut bits and mix fruit, and with almost a kilo of shredded carrots. It's healthy and delish! Great combo...
